70 year old female with altered sensorium

CASE PRESENTATION: Patient came to casualty with chief complaints of Involuntary movements of B/L upper limbs and lower limbs since 1 day Altered sensorium since 1 day HOPI: Pt was apparently asymptomatic 5 days ago and then she developed fever which is of high grade associated with chills and rigors and was diagnosed to have dengue and was treated for the same in a private hospital.Pt count 30k-35k-40k.
